I am from Kenya. My English is good but I have to give a speech and I'm very nervous. What kind of help should I seek?

You need encouragement and a patient, enthusiastic teacher. Giving a successful speech or presentation is a learned skill. Some people are naturals, but that's not most people. Most people, even native English speakers, have a lot of fear about giving a speech. You are a born communicator. Think about it! You've been talking since you were 2 years old. Giving an effective speech requires choosing an appropriate topic, preparation, coaching, and lots of practice. I'd love to help you. And, BTW, I have given speeches in another language. I know the nerves! And I know the feeling of success when the message I wanted to give was well-received. You can do it!
