It depends on what you are attempting to convey and the atmosphere you are trying to create.
Typically, an arena seating arrangement tends to work with you at the center of one wall. However, if you can command a room well you could also put yourself in the center of a circle arrangement.
You also want to make sure everyone in the room can hear you and see you well.
