A good presentation consists of an opening, a body and a close. Make certain that it is organized and is a subject of interest to the majority of the group.
Keeping good eye contact with your audience, not staring down or up; do not mumble, speak articulately and loud enough for the person in the last row to hear you.
If you are using a hand held microiphone, it is imperative that the microphone follows your mouth so that the volume does not go up and down when you are not always speaking into the microphone.
There are other things to consider but above all, practice, practice and practice.
