Place your bulleted key points on index cards and rehearse your speech in front of a mirror multiple times throughout the day. Also, if family members or friends who stop by are willing to listen take advantage of their presence by rehearsing in front of them. Multiple rehearsals will allow the speech or presentation to become a part of you and it will seem very natural and comfortable when you present it.
