How much time do you give yourself to prepare for an important presentation or talk? Are you a “do best under pressure person” or do you like to give yourself plenty of time? Why or why not?

Personally I give myself plenty of time before any important talk or presentation for preparation. I believe that practice and preparation are keys to success and “just winging it” never really works. In my day to day job, I do presentations and public speaking regularly and always with preparation in advance.
