Iron(III) oxide is Fe2O3
Aluminum is Al
In either case of iron oxide, this is a single replacement reaction where Al is more active than Fe and so it will replace the Fe. Using Fe2O3 as example, you have
2Al + Fe2O3 ==> 2Fe + Al2O3
