To answer this, we must assume that Business Administration is referring to the private sector, as opposed to Public Administration.
If you are working private, it is a whole different ballgame, like between playing hardball or softball, and Public Administration would be similar to playing Softball. The Public guys are there to get a paycheck and wait for their pension. I know this sounds rough, but it is somewhat true. Of couse there will be a few public managers that do want to make a difference, but in the end of the day, they won't do much overtime, unless they are paid. Whereas if you are in the private sector, your "everything" is on the line. There is no margin for error. 3 strikes and you're out.
