First, I would lower your frame rate to the lowest possible setting. The encoder doesn’t know that each frame is the same, so you have it encoding a image to be played 50 times a second.
Second, lower your video bitrate. You don’t need something high for a static image.
Lastly, you can use a lower resolution. If you’re making videos for most video platforms, you can encode at 720p and still get a good result.
