Pleniglacial is the time from 28ka to 60 ka of the Weichselian glaciation. Pleniglacial is a stage of the Weichselian Chronostratigraphy which is divided in three stubstages (early, middle and late).
Weichselian glaciation was the last glacial period in northern Europe. In fact that, it is the youngest of the glacials in the Pleistocene Ice Age.
Therefore, Pleniglacial would be considered to be part of the Pleistocene Age (2.588 mya to 11,700 yrs) if you check your geological time scale (GTS) from UC Berkeley.
