How do I be more articulate? What should we prepare in mind before speaking or writing about anything?

To be more articulate, you should know what you're discussing or writing about, lay our your thoughts clearly, and be engaging. If you don't know much about the topic(s) being discussed, you can still engage, but ask questions and be genuinely inquisitive.
