PPT presentations are supposed to be a visual support. Therefore they should

1. have very little text written in a large and easy to read fond,
2. have many pictures, graphs, or videos to illustrate the speaker's words,
3. provide key points and summarize,
4. have animated bullet points and pictures that 'fly in' at the mouse click of the presenter (right moment),
5. be easy to handle for the presenter (and not a technological challenge that ruins the presentation).
