You could say, งานอดิเรกของคุณคืออะไร (ngan adeerek kong koon kheuu arai.)

"Ngan adeerek," is "hobby."

"Kong," means "belonging to."

"Koon," means "you."

"Kheuu," is one way of saying, "to be."

"Arai," means "what."

Always remember to indicate politeness by ending your sentence with either ครับ/ครับผม (krop/krop pom) if you identify as male, or ค่ะ (ka) if you identify as female.
