I don't want to just give you the answer, but I can give you guidance as to how to go about solving the question.
It might help to actually draw a picture of this scenario. If the building is a regular building (standing vertical) and the ground is regular (flat), the building meets the ground at a right angle. If the ladder in the question is leaning against the building, then think of the ladder as a segment joining the ground and the building, but at an angle.
Again, it might help to draw a picture. You'll see that you have a triangle being formed between the ground, building and ladder. From here, use Trigonometric formulas to find side lengths and angle measurements.
