I'll do a couple and you should do the rest. See also the answer to your previous question.
a) PV = nRT
convert Pa to kPa: 7.74x103 Pa x 1 kPa/103 Pa) = 7.74 kPa
convert ml to L: 12.8 ml x 1 L/1000 ml = 0.0128 L
convert ºC to K: 25.0 + 273 = 298K
n = PV/RT = (7.74 kPa)(0.0128 L)/(0.0821 L atm/Kmol)(298K) = 0.00405 moles
b) PV = nRT
convert ml to L: 43.0 ml x 1 L/1000 ml = 0.0430 L
P = nRT/V = (0.442 mol)(0.0821 Latm/Kmol)(223K)/0.0430 L = 188 atm
c) PV = nRT
convert 413 torr to atm: 413 torr x 1 atm/760 torr = 0.543 atm
convert T to K: 331ºC + 273 = 604K
V = nRT/P
plug in values and solve for V in liters
d) PV = nRT
convert mm Hg to atm: 745 mm Hg x 1 atm/760 mm Hg = 0.980 atm
solve for T: T = PV/nR
plug in values and solve for T in K, then subtract 273 to get temperature in ºC
