If the age of two sisters can be represented as consecutive even integers then:
1st/Younger Sister = y
2nd/Older Sister =y+2
If the age of the younger sister is x+5 then we simply plug it into y:
1st/Younger sister = (x+5)
2nd/Older sister = (x+5)+2 = x+7
Therefore, the age of eldest sister can be represented as x+7
