Indonesian Native Speaker Specializing in Conversational & Biz Speech
Hi! The general answer to this would be yes due to the majority of people in Indonesia being Muslim. In daily and even formal conversations, it is normal to use Arabic religious terms since the general public would understand it better than if they'd use another term.
A good example would be the word Ibadah (to worship). It is used in all churches when they have a service, which also is being used in mosques.
There are plenty of other words such as Malaikat (angel), Adil (fair), and Berkah/Berkat (blessing) that is commonly used even in other religious beliefs in Indonesia.
Hope this helps!
