Hey there,
There are a few options when answering this question.
First you must activate your guides
The quickest way to hide/show guides while in Photoshop is to use your quick keys.
For Mac:
Command + Semi Colon (;)
For Windows:
Control (CTRL) + Semi Colon (;)
Then you can do either of these actions:
----- While having the move tool activated grab one of the grid lines and drag it horizontally/vertically until it disappears off the workspace (This is the option where you would want handle each line separately)
OR
----- Under "View" dropdown menu you will see 'Clear guide lines' (This is the option you would use if you want to get rid of them all)
