Your video editing software should allow you to create this simple animation. When I have done this before I split the screen for example into a 4 space quad. Lay each video on its own track on your timeline syncing each video to your audio track. Slide them in sync if needed. Animate each video to an assigned corner using a special effects plugin. The video will render down to the desired effect. On a lame computer you may have propagation problems in timing when playing it before you render. Don’t fear the final composite that’s all synced up is all that matters. Run small rendering tests to get it right. Save your session as a template for future work.
