Best rendering options for Sony Vegas 8 Pro?

I have a 20 minute video that needs to finish rendering at a maximum of 7 hours. The video format needs to compatible with Windows without Quicktime.What the the best options to render the video?

In my experience, MP4 is usually the best format to use for any video editing software, including Sony Vegas. The quality of this format is better and it is usually compatible with Windows Media Player and most online platforms that you might want to share your video, such as YouTube and Vimeo. Of course, you will want to make sure your original footage is high quality and to export using high definition (1080p). Depending on the speed and age of your computer, I don't know if this will keep your rendering time in under 7 hours. Only you know how well your computer performs in general. You may need to increase the RAM on your computer.
