Arc FPQ = mFP + mPQ

The measure of an inscribed angle in an arc is half the measure of the intercepted arc.

m∠R =(12x + 1) = 1/2(FPQ) = 1/2((11x + 7) + 60)

So

12x + 1 = 1/2(11x + 7 + 60)

First solve this for x

Then plug x into the given equation for FP
