You have to edit it. No way around it. Premier pro and Davince Resolve which is free can do it. But there is a catch. In order to fix the shake the entire entire picture had to be shot very loose . They shake is stabilized by
using the excess space .. If it is a tight shot it will not work. Nothing will.
