  Yes.  Except it would be 80 cm³ since it is 4 cm x 2 cm x 10 cm.  In volume problems, the units are always cubed.  To visualize 80 cm³ you could draw one cube that measures 1cm by 1cm by 1cm and fit 80 of those in your box.
