Use the Midpoint Formula to find the center of the diameter and therefore the center of the circle
(x1+x2)/2, (y1+y2)/2
(14+2)/2 = 8
(2+2)/2 = 2
So the center of the circle is (8,2) = (h,k)
The distance between two points will give us the radius. We will use the first point =(14, 2) and the center point (8,2) to give
d = sqrt((14 -8)2 + (2 -2)2)
d = sqrt(6)2 = 6
So the equation of your circle is
(x - 8)2 + (y - 2)2 =36
