That is a difficult question to answer due to some ambiguity, but if you think about how the Sun moves around the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, then the Galactic Equator is tilted 60 degrees to the ecliptic. I would like to note here that the Sun and the other stars of the Milky Way's disk 'bob up and down' as they orbit the center of the galaxy. So there is where the ambiguity comes in as they make a rather serpentine motion, but I hope that clears up some things.
