Great Question!
You aren't able to obtain a Master's degree from a graduate program, without first completing a 4-year Bachelor's degree program from an undergraduate college or university. Where there is some flexibility, is that your Bachelor's program can be a program you attend like a traditional student, in-person and on campus, or you can obtain it online if you need more flexibility in your schedule. Another point to know is that many times people obtain a Bachelor's degree in one subject, but pursue a Master's in something different later. As an example, while in your 4 -year undergraduate program, you may have a passion for animals, thus you are an Animal Science major. However, you may decide that for your Master's you want to pursue a business degree, which at that point would be considered an MBA (Master of Business Administration). For some Master's programs, they only are interested in the fact that you have a Bachelor's degree, regardless of the subject. The key for admission would be your GMAT scores, (if applicable) and application essays (along with references and a solid undergrad transcript of course).
I hope that answered your question!
