To find the complement of an angle, you subtract that angle from 90 degrees. For example, to find the complement of 24 degrees, you subtract 24 from 90. This comes out to 66, so 66 degrees is the complement of 24 degrees.
Finding the supplement of an angle is similar, except that you subtract from 180 degrees instead of 90. So in this case, we subtract 24 from 180, which equals 156. So the supplement of 24 degrees is 156 degrees.
