Romanisation of accented Ωs and Ηs

Γεια σε όλους! I am currently researching the similarities between European languages, and while researching, I romanised the Greek alphabet, romanising the omega as ō, and the eta as ē. However, when I came across accented versions of these letters in words like τρώω and σελήνη, I ran into a problem: how do you write an accented long vowel, if that is even an existing unicode character? I hope you can help me :)
