Voice Pitch Analyzer is a good app to use, along with Voice Tutor. I guess it depends more on why exactly you want to deepen your voice; is that your pitch goes up when you speak louder? Do you want to be more commanding? If you're really concerned, meet with a vocal coach. However, it's pretty easy to work on this yourself from home.
General tips include standing up straight and speaking from your gut. Make sure your throat is relaxed, not strained, because if you go for deeper pitch and end up raspy or growly your throat is going to hurt later. Make sure you're using your "chest" voice and not your "head" voice: in short, speak from your mouth and not your nose. Feel the rumbling low in your chest, not up high in your head. Breathe from the diaphragm.
More than anything else, practice! Read out loud at home and practice projecting in front of the mirror. And, make sure to practice in short bursts so you don't wear out your voice. Best of luck!
