Try plugging in the x and y values into the equations to see which ones work and which ones don't. That should narrow down your choices a bit.
Then you need to recall that slopes of lines that are perpendicular are negative reciprocals of each other.
For example if one like has a slope of 3/2, a perpendicular line would have a slope of -2/3.
