I am not a physicist, but I think your terminology is incorrect.

Angle of refraction refers to the bending of light by a prism.

If you mean angle of "reflection", then yes, the angle of incidence = the angle of reflection, i.e. in a picture of the incident and reflected ray will form a symmetric "v".
