Just to update everyone for the Covid-19 TOEFL testing options: there is now an At home TOEFL. It requires you to certify with them that your computer and room environment complies with their testing requirements (They have a test browser) and then register as usual with them to take the test. It is the same format and length as the original but because you're taking it from home, you also have to register with ProctorU since you need someone to proctor the exam. It isn't available in every country and costs vary but it's worth checking out.
