www.ets.org/toefl is your best source of information. There is a special page that talks about "On the test day" including what to bring on test day. You'll find everything you need here:

But I highly recommend that you visit your test center before your actual test day to see where it is, where you can park, whether they have lockers to lock away your phone, keys, purse, and so on. This takes away some of the pressure that will naturally build up on test day.
