Remember that the name of a figure in the coordinate plane will always reflect the order of the vertices - in this case, that means vertex Q will be diagonal from S (forming segment QS), and R will be diagonal from T (forming seg RT). Also, the diagonals of a parallelogram will always bisect each other. So to find the point of intersection, simply use the midpoint formula for each pair of diagonals. If you get a different point for each diagonal, check your math. The midpoint should be the same for each.
