You may use trig ratios to find the missing height and base or you may use special right triangles such as 30-60-90 special right triangle as below.

The top angle d would 90 degree and angle would be 30 degree if you apply the triangle sum theorem.

hypotenuse is twice as big as the side across from 30 degree

Longer side is srt of 3 time the side across from 30 degree.
