Explain the structure of existence at root in what De Beauvoir means by Descartes’s expression “the freedom of man is infinite, but his power is limited”?

and also what does she mean by freedom being an indefinite movement?

The word is infinite, refers to the fact that man has the freedom to do anything; however, it's limited by the power given to man. Try to think of who or what could limit man's power. I am sure you can think of many examples in our day. You're welcome to run your ideas by me. Remember that ambiguity means ethics, in this case, is a matter of interpretation, which I am sure you realize. This in exact quality also expands to freedom.

Indefinite movement refers to the fact that freedom (look indefinite up--always look up words, even if you think you know the meaning) is not a sure thing.
