Hello, you will not be able to open an OpenOffice database file directly in Access. What you can do is export your data to a compatible format like Excel .xls or .xlsx from OpenOffice. Then import that Excel file directly into Access.
To import into Access, open your Access database to your view of tables. Click the External Data tab on the ribbon menu and then click New Data Source -> From File -> Excel. That will start a Wizard. Follow the steps into the Wizard to finish your import. That will create a table with your data. You may want to export each table from OpenOffice if you have more than one table there.
