Hi there!
First of all, I would ask how long your speech is supposed to be. That will help give you some guidelines on how much you need to write.
Second, I would organize the parts of the speech you mentioned into a coherent outline. For example, you could start by welcoming and thanking everyone in attendance, thank the faculty for putting together this event, acknowledge the graduates and their hard work, tell some success stories or anecdotes, then invite the principle and guest of honor to speak.
Once you have your outline, then you can begin the actual writing of the speech. Make sure not to use too much flowery language and stay on topic. Speak clearly and concisely, and address the audience instead of the podium.
