Can a person who understands Russian understand Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Bulgarian?

Hello, me as native Russian speaker can almost fully understand a Ukrainian native speaker. Most of the Belarusian people I know do speak Russian as well. So we all communicate in Russian, but language wise there are some similar words. Even though there are some similarities, it is hard to understand those languages for a Russian speaker.
