A typical Bulgarian meal will most likely include some kind of meat ( such as ground beef, chicken or pork) along with sautéed, broiled or baked vegetables ( potatoes, carrots, spinach) or rice. To name a few staples: 1) staffed grape leaves with ground beef and rice 2) oven baked chicken ( previously boiled) with finger potatoes 3) fried zucchini with side of greek yogurt mixed with garlic, salt, olive oil, chipped walnuts and dill.
