If you learned Bulgarian, which countries can you use it in?

You can use is only in Bulgaria, although you would be able to read the alphabet of several more languages, and you'd be pretty much able to speak to a Macedonian speaking correctly. Deeper knowledge of the language might allow you to understand some Serbian and probably a few words in Russian, as well as other Slavic languages.
