Architect that tutors anything design related
LEED Green Associate or LEED Advanced Professional, with AP being the higher qualification are generally good to have.
You can also get a Realtor's license which shows you understand various codes and laws. Each of these I mentioned are good to have, but it all comes down to what type of job you are applying for.
