TOEFL Score and Teaching Assistantship?

How does my TOEFL score affect my odds of being granted a TA in US Universities? I'm an international student BTW.

To be an international TA you need minimum 24 Speaking nationwide. Best to get a 20-22 in the other sections to stand out in application. The university you apply with will have it own requirements.
