Hi there,
Describing hair colors in Korean is very simple.
Usually you can say the color of the hair and add 머리 at the end.
머리 is a shortened version of 머리카락 which is the proper and full term for hair.
However most people say 머리 when referring to colors, texture, lengths and styles of hair.
Here are some examples of the ways to describe different colored hairs in Korean.
Brown hair - 갈색머리
Red-head - 빨간머리 or 붉은머리
Blonde - 금발 (not necessary to say 머리 here because 발 already means hair in this case).
I hope this helps!
