How can I say 'how' when 'πως' is replacing normally 'ότι'?

Let's take the sentence "Don't you hear how he speaks?". I would translate it naturally with "Δεν ακούς πως μιλάει;". But this would mean afaik to "Dont you hear that he speaks?". So how can I translate it accurately?

Hello! «Πως» and «πώς» are two different words. «Πως» means "that", where as «πώς» (with an accent) means "how". So, «δεν ακούς πως μιλάει;» means "don't you hear that he speaks?", but «δεν ακούς πώς μιλάει;» means "don't you hear how he speaks?".
