Easiest way to find the answers to those questions is from the z table in which you look for those areas (I.e. area under the normal curve) then in the same table look horizontally and perpendicularly up to the two numbers at the very left top line (The headers) that will give you the Z score. The former is the z whole number and the latter is the decimal part of the z number.
