It's meant to help get rid of red eyes on a person in a photograph. To use it first click the tool and you can choose either auto fix red eye or manually.If auto doesn't work, you can do it manually, you just have to select the tool and go to the tab on the top and slide the slider for the desired diameter size of the tool. (MAC)You can also try using these keys on the keyboard: [ or ] . These are also hotkeys that will automatically adjust the size of the tool. [ will decrease the size and ] will increase the size.
