Let's call C the point on K(O) and segment AO. I assume you're aware of a 'secant tangent angle theorem', where if you know the measure of arc BC you can solve for angle BAD. Since CD is a diameter of the circle, the measure of arc CD is 180 degrees - with this you can easily find the measure of all arcs of the circle then apply the theorem.
