Advice for a new Greek learner

γεια σας! I just moved to Athens and I'm starting with my Greek lessons. I am a complete beginner and I have had two lessons so far. I was wondering if you guys would be able to name a few key points I really need to focus on? Or perhaps pass on some advice that might help me to get going? Thanks so much!

Hey ! Just speak speak speak speak and listen listen listen all the time . Ask politily from the people that are around you (friends etc...) to speak a little a bit more slowly so you can understand more and ask about everything . First learn the basics : introduce yourself , order food , coffee , asking for directions , have a small conversation about your day . Of course if you want i am a greek tutor giving online lessons and we can discuss about having some lessons :)
