You looking for informal arabic information. There are no standards for informal arabic. It varies depending on the coundtery and it also varies within the regions of the country and even within some regions each tribe has its own pronunciation. They can talk to each other and almost understand everything, but they have different accents. For example, in english , people from texas have different accents then californian. However, in informal Arabic, some letters are pronounced differently depending on the region. I would say the letter ق has the most variation. Think of it this way. In mexican spanish, C is pronounced as c, just like english but in spain C can be pronounced like C or th.
