For a given central angle θ in radians and radius r, the arc length s is:
s = θ·r
The central angle in radians will be θ = 2π/(number of spokes). You didn't provide either the number of spokes or the radius but now that you know how to solve it, you can plug those numbers in from the problem statement and solve it yourself.
